AROMA Elegant and fresh mineral notes, with aromas of citrus, aromatic herbs and spices.
MOUTH Reveals excellent acidity and a long, pleasant finish, again marked by a deep minerality.

PAIRING
Ideal with seafood, fish or grilled white meat.

VINIFICAÇÃO
Static decantation at 8ºc. Fermentation at 18ºc. Batonnage until bottling.
