Delivery and Returns

The shipment of orders is carried out by a carrier and the amount to be paid for the transport is defined in the shopping cart, before finalizing your purchase and making the payment.

All items purchased in the online store can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of receipt, in their original packaging, unused and with the purchase receipt.
Exchanges and returns of orders can be sent by mail to our address (see "Contacts"). Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have ordered a product and, due to our error, receive it with the wrong color or size, the correct product will be exchanged at no additional cost.
To return an item purchased at the online store by post, please access your account, enter the order/product you wish to return, mark the product for return and follow the steps indicated.
Alternatively, you can contact us by email, with information on the order number and item to be returned, in order to receive the necessary instructions.

Once the returned order has been received and the conditions for exchange/return confirmed, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item, in the same modality in which you made your purchase.
If the returned items do not meet the exchange/return requirements, we reserve the right not to accept the exchange/return and to refuse their refund, leaving the items available for collection at our address (see "Contacts").
