GENERAL ASPECTS
The use of the Site automatically attributes the condition of User and implies the acceptance, full and unreserved, of all provisions included in the Terms and Conditions, in the version in force at each time that you access the Site. If you do not fully accept any of the established conditions, you should not access/use our Site. By consulting, using or downloading the content of the Site, you are committing to respect the conditions established in this document.

The User will be able to use the Site, without the need for any registration. However, some of the features of the Site may be dependent on registration.


WEBSITE FEATURES

Registered User
In order to access more features, the User may register on the Site.
The User must fill in a form, in which, in addition to optional elements, he must indicate the following data:
- First and last name;
- E-mail address;
- Keyword.

All information provided by the User must be correct and true. The User must update the information provided whenever it undergoes any changes. The User is exclusively responsible for any false, incomplete or incorrect declarations that he/she makes and for the damages that these may cause to the company or to third parties, with the information that he/she provides.
We will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the improper or negligent use of the password defined by the User to access his account. The User must ensure the confidentiality of the respective password.

Account Features
The Registered User will have access to a personal area, with the data indicated at the time of registration.
Through registration, the User will be able to access his account data and change or permanently delete it. You can consult your orders, returns and communications with the company.

Product Catalog (Online store)
The products marketed by Blossom Hospitality Management Lda, headquartered at Avenida da Zona Industrial 222 4585-303 Rebordosa, with NIF 515410845 are available on the Site. better convenience and visitor information.
We take every step to ensure that the information and data contained on the Site are accurate and up-to-date when introduced on the Site. However, the updating or correctness of this information is not guaranteed. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information (including information about goods and services) included on the Site.
We reserve the right to change, delete or move any information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

Users expressly accept and acknowledge that:

deliveries
The shipment of orders is carried out by a carrier and the amount to be paid for the transport is defined in the shopping cart, before finalizing your purchase and making the payment.

Returns
All items purchased in the online store can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of receipt, in their original packaging, unused and with the purchase receipt.
Exchanges and returns of orders can be sent by mail to our address (see "Contacts"). Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have ordered a product and, due to our error, receive it with the wrong color or size, the correct product will be exchanged at no additional cost.
To return an item purchased at the online store by post, please access your account, enter the order/product you wish to return, mark the product for return and follow the steps indicated.
Alternatively, you can contact us by email, with information on the order number and item to be returned, in order to receive the necessary instructions.

Reimbursement
Once the returned order has been received and the conditions for exchange/return confirmed, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item, in the same modality in which you made your purchase.
If the returned items do not meet the exchange/return requirements, we reserve the right not to accept the exchange/return and refuse to refund them, leaving the items available for collection at our address (see "Contacts").

Payment options
In the online store you can make the payment through the options available in the cart, these can differ by destination or by type of shipment selected, some of the payment options may have associated fees, if applicable the amount is shown in the shopping cart before finalizing the order.

The Terms and Conditions of use of the Site are regulated in accordance with the laws in force.
If any provision described herein is found to be illegal, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated or reduced in accordance with the law, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The User is bound by the version of the Terms and Conditions at the time of use, so we recommend that you consult them periodically.
