Winemaking: Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes. Total destemming. Vat filling by gravity. Fermentation in 10,000L stainless steel tanks with pre-fermentation maceration, with temperature control.
Ageing: 500L French oak barrels.

Test results
Color: Garnet color.
Aroma: Aroma of dark fruit such as black cherry and blackberry. Spice notes.
Mouth: It is a round, voluminous, persistent wine. Good aftertaste.
Pairs with: Red meat dishes. Well seasoned barbecue.
