Vinification: Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes. Total destemming. Vat filling by gravity. Fermentation in 10,000L stainless steel tanks with pre-fermentation maceration, with temperature control.
Stage: 500L French oak barrels for 12 months and bottle stage for 18 months.

Color: Clear, ruby ​​color.
Aroma: Complex aroma of ripe blue fruit, jams and menthol notes.
Mouth: It is a structured but very elegant wine. Fresh and persistent.
Harmonizes: Big game dishes, cured cheeses.
