Vinification: Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes. Total destemming. Vat filling by gravity. Fermentation in 10,000L stainless steel tanks with pre-fermentation maceration, with temperature control.
Ageing: 500L French oak barrels.

Aroma: It is a complex and aromatic wine with aromas of fruit such as ripe plums, wrapped in menthol notes, bringing freshness to the whole.
Mouth: Dense, elegant and with a persistent finish.
Harmonizes: Hunter Hare. Migas à Alentejana.
